Kay Barber Dalton  is from Clearwater, Florida. She began taking adult oil classes at the age of 12.  After earning a BFA in Studio Art from SMU, she began a career with several companies and non-profit organizations as a Media Artist/ Medical Illustrator, Art Director, Brochure Designer and PR Director.  Kay continues to paint  in her North Dallas Studio for private commissions and has been teaching adult oil classes since 2002.  Kay has been a docent for the Meadows Museum and the DMA. She has been involved with  Art for Darfur for 2 yrs. and is a current board member of Artreach Inc..
